CONSTRUCTION JOBS
Construction starts first: Skilled craftspeople or those who work in trades like welding or painting lay foundations for and build facilities - from the ground up.
Tradespeople often work with a contractor and move to various construction projects when their assignments are completed.

You can begin many crafts as a helper without any training.
OPERATIONS JOBS
Once facilities are ready to start up, operators, instrument technicians and others conduct and monitor the manufacturing processes on site. Many plants operate for decades and some operators work their whole careers for one or a few facilities.
As an operator, you could work at an existing facility or help bring one online, like the Golden Pass export project.
